Professor Judy Simons has over thirty years experience in academic mentoring, leadership and career guidance. A professor of English with an outstanding academic background, she is an expert in linguistic competencies, both oral and written, and is a specialist in textual editing and on presentation skills. She is the author of over a hundred publications, including books, articles, reports, speeches and radio broadcasts on programmes such as Woman's Hour. With a background in psychology, Georgina has specialised in managing the careers of IT professionals in the banking and finance arena for the last nine years. Her career spans recruitment, executive search, training and human resources. She has worked closely with candidates ranging from Developer up to C-Suite (CIO, CTO), from graduate to Director and MD level within the city.
